Everything was simply well-maintained. The stay here was such great, liked the hotel, it was clean with great location very close to about 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville, an on ground marketplace that carries medicine, and shopping/dining options. A huge variety of food for breakfast, everything was appetising!

Our room was beautiful, the staff was incredibly nice and my kids had a fabulous time swimming in the pool to escape from the snow outside.

The room was spotless with a refrigerator and reasonable WiFi and microwave, loved it. We were in a peaceful location at a short distance from Grigsby Chapel Greenway.

The room was clean, breakfast was delicious and the hotel was convenient to everything.

The suite was super clean and cozy. Loved the comfy bed and the quiet atmosphere, perfect for winding down. Plus, housekeeping team was an absolute gem!

But those beds, high as a giraffe's neck, had me contemplating a climbing gear purchase. Let's just say my legs didn't want to cooperate!

The bathroom was a bit smaller than expected.

The room I stayed in was extremely spacious with fridge and microwave and a large taste breakfast, for instance. I greatly enjoyed a great breakfast. Excellent location of the hotel easy to get to the beautiful park. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly kind, with extra attention to the details.

Very comfortable and clean accommodations for our large family were very easily and willingly taken care of

The pool area was not very well ventilated it was very very hot

We stayed here for a few nights, and the breakfast was really good, with a spread including eggs, waffles, and various fruits. The staff was always there to help.

It wasn't a bargain, but definitely reasonable for what we got.

I loved the spacious room with a comfy bed and great amenities! The breakfast was nice too-freshly stocked with delicious options. One drawback was the noisy HVAC unit. A solid spot to rest while traveling 😊

The hotel was located conveniently right off the interstate and close to various restaurants and a pharmacy, easy to access the essentials. The pool area was inviting, and the breakfast selection included local cold cuts with plenty of hot and cold options, all of which were very satisfying. Staff interactions were consistently pleasant and professional, contributing positively to the experience.

The shower head made it challenging to shower properly. A great experience with friendly staff and good breakfast options. A lovely spot to unwind after exploring the area.
